Internship Details

·         Start Date: Immediately

·         Duration: 2 Months

·         Stipend: INR 20,000 per month

 

Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will be involved in various aspects of the recruitment process Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Understanding the organization's plans and objectives and discussing talent acquisition needs with managers.

2. Researching and contacting various sources to attract potential applicants, including community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and online platforms.

3. Placing job advertisements, reaching out to recruiters, utilizing newsgroups and job sites to attract candidates.

4. Learning about bulk hiring techniques and strategies.

5. Developing negotiation skills to ensure successful candidate offers.

6. Understanding the onboarding process and assisting with offer generation.

7. Building a strong talent pipeline by employing creative sourcing channels and innovative thinking.

 Requirements

To excel in this internship you should possess the following -

1. Excellent communication and written skills.

2. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word for generating reports.

3. Optimistic and analytical approach towards problem-solving.

4. Interest and enthusiasm for human resource management.

Certifications and Perks

During your internship you will have the opportunity to earn certifications in recruitment and human resource management. Additionally, you will receive a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation, recognizing your valuable contributions to Rebel Foods. The company maintains an informal dress code and follows a 5-day workweek.
