Key Responsibilities
As a Deputy Unit Manager - Capital Markets, you will play a
crucial role in various functions. Some of your primary duties will include:
- Credit
Appraisal & Risk Management: Assessing loan applications for
credit appraisal, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring the solvency
and creditworthiness of customers.
- Capital
Market Analysis: Gaining in-depth knowledge of the capital market and
daily monitoring of stocks impacting Bajaj Finserv’s Loan Against
Securities (LAS) exposure.
- Portfolio
Management: Tracking and reviewing the performance of the LAS
portfolio, identifying early signs of stress, and providing insights for
timely interventions.
- Regulatory
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements,
preparing credit approval memos for high-value cases, and monitoring risk
controls in LAS transactions.
- Reporting
& Analysis: Regularly preparing reports such as the RPR for the
LAS portfolio and assisting in RBI reporting for large exposures and
SMA-2.
- Stakeholder
Coordination: Coordinating with various internal teams, including the
business team, compliance team, and finance team to ensure smooth
operations and reporting.
