Financial Analyst Job at eClerx Job Description:

The Financial Analyst Job at eClerx Services Ltd involves working on back office and middle office processes for financial institutions. You will be responsible for handling various stages of the client and product life cycle, including KYC, reference data management, legal documentation, portfolio reconciliation, settlements, trade support, and more. Additionally, you will work on tasks related to data processing, system updates, reconciliations, and fund transfers. The role also requires preparing reports using MS Excel and may involve external communication to resolve queries and discrepancies related to the process.

Financial Analyst Job at eClerx Key Responsibilities:

- Work on back office and middle office processes for financial institutions

- Handle different stages of client/product life cycle

- Perform data capture, cataloguing, and processing

- Prepare reports using MS Excel

- Interact with agents/counterparties/clients to resolve queries

- Identify and escalate risks and outstanding issues

- Perform various trade support activities across the trade lifecycle

- Work on capital market operational tasks like reference data support and regulatory reporting

- Learn and master various financial products including equity securities, derivatives, interest rates swaps, FX spot, options, futures, credit derivatives swaps, commodities derivatives, and fixed income products

 

Financial Analyst Job at eClerx Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA) or Master's degree (M.Com, MBA, PGDM)

- 0 to 2 years of experience in investment banking operations

- Basic knowledge of finance, trade life cycle, investment banking, and derivatives

- Strong logical and quantitative abilities

- Excellent time management and issue resolution skills

- Proactive, result-oriented, and committed to high levels of energy and productivity

- Above-average planning, organizing, and time management skills

 

Education:

- Undergraduate: B.B.A/B.M.S in any specialization, B.Com in any specialization

- Postgraduate: M.Com in Commerce, MBA/PGDM in Finance
